Frankly I didn't really think round one was ever over with. One of the major reasons for the Soviet collapse was the crumpling of their economics. They've seemed to have solved that with their oil revenues.
My opinion is this is going to get really ugly. Beware Ukraine and every bordering State.
I'm not sure what we can do...?
