Fr. Cutie New Fox Channel Show.....Nauseating!

I blogged recently about Ex-Catholic priest Fr. Cutie new book of excuses.

It seems this has earned him a crack at the TV lime light on a proposed Fox Channel Self-help show.
What kind of help...I can't even imagine.

As for Fox...Strike One!

Fr. Cutie: Fallen Priest Gets Own Show . . . on FOX!

A former Roman Catholic priest who left the church to marry his girlfriend after the two were photographed embracing on a South Florida beach is getting a new TV show.

  1. At least Fr. Cutie will not have to worry about having a "field stone tied around his neck and thrown in the river" because he molested children. What are you thinking, let me hear your opinions on the abuse of children and the sexuality that has been practiced by priests regardless of their vows! Be careful with the priests you adore, they may not be "in the state of grace" so where does that leave you at the communion table or confessional? Underminded by a faith that does'nt pratice what they preach! God Bless Fr.Cutie, he has kept his vows of compassion and love for those who strugle with lifes "Delemas" He does what Jesus would do.

  2. I agree that the abuse scandal is an abomination. But you seem to be oblivious to the fact that only .01 percent of this problem come from the Catholic priesthood.
The other 99% is from other areas. In the U.S. a government report said that .03 percent of pedophilia cases are from priest. Now again I agree that's .03 percent too many.
But you seem to throw all priests under the bus.
Priest that live their vows of celibacy and commitment. Not like Mr. Cutie who reneged on his vows (much like divorce between a husband & wife) and committed adultery. Now he may or may not have gone to confession but my guess is that he didn't since he left the Catholic Church which is the only true Church that has the True Presence of Christ in the Eucharist.
But I guess that doesn't matter to some. Seems to me that Mr. Cutie has the problems of practicing what he preaches. And what exactly is he going to preach on his show? To give up on your promises to God? ...and not own up to it as he tells us in his book.
Be careful whom and what you stick up for without thinking it through all the way. God is the ultimate judge however we can surely judge the actions of others. To compare Mr. Cutie with Jesus is shameful. Thanks for you thoughts
