Fr. Pavone, Senator Brownback & Rudy Giuliani

An interesting post at 'Catholics in the Public Square' (thanks for the tip, Carl Olsen) on Voting on the Abortion issue as Catholics.

Mr. Brownback's name has descended down my list of "most likely candidates I'm considering voting for". His answers during the debates left me with a "...is that it? .....is that all you have to say?" taste in my mouth.

Anyway the post is a good read. I hope you find it interesting and informative.

A topic that seems to be on many a Catholic mind this week is the potential emergence of Rudy Giuliani as the GOP presidential candidate in 2008. A self-proclaimed "pro-choice, pro-gay rights" Catholic, conservative voters are finding themselves faced with the moral equivalent to Senator Kerry (also a self-proclaimed "pro-choice" Catholic) on their side of the political isle.
