Iran's Spiritual Leader Senses a Threat to His Power

Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is sensing a threat to his power. I doubt he has the spiritual well being of the people he represents.

It's his power he really has concern with, thus his stern warning on Friday to 'Crackdown' on the peaceful protesters.

Here in the States we see the Connecticut State government trying to stifle the Catholic church with cries of 'lobbyist' and threats of fines and such. Not quite the level of Iran but heading none the less in the wrong direction.

Pray for the people of Iran...

Iran's top leader warns of protest crackdown

Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei sternly warned Friday of a crackdown if protesters continue their massive street rallies, escalating the government's showdown with demonstrators demanding a new presidential election.
