GM - Dismantled by 31 year old

I read this over at Southern Appeal , a story ya don't hear on the regular news. An intesting piece on the behind the scenes actions of the GM makeover.

As Obama said in 2008, “When it comes to hiring people in my administration, the litmus test that will apply will not be based on party or ideology or who’s traded the most favors, but on qualifications and experience. We’re going to have experienced, competent people in the White House.” MORE

The 31-Year Old in Charge of Dismantling G.M.

WASHINGTON — It is not every 31-year-old who, in a first government job, finds himself dismantling General Motors and rewriting the rules of American capitalism.

But that, in short, is the job description for Brian Deese, a not-quite graduate of Yale Law School who had never set foot in an automotive assembly plant until he took on his nearly unseen role in remaking the American automotive industry.

Now I'm all for getting some young blood in the mix, and I wish Mr. Deese well on his new job, however a little experience goes along way and a lot of experience ...well.

And what does NO experience get one?

Oh ya, the Presidency...
