Calif Marriage Ban: One for the Voters!

The Calif Supreme Court leaning toward the voters approval of Prop 8.

Thursday's arguments pitted the right of the people to change their constitution against the right to wed. The California Supreme Court's seven justices indicated a wariness to override the will of voters, who approved Proposition 8 in November - 4 1/2 months after the same court had ruled 4-3 to legalize gay marriage.

This by no means the end of this, so keep the prayers going. Marriage: One Man & One Woman

  1. I don't believe them for a minute. I think they say they're hesitant just so they can say later that we gave it great thought and moved only hesitantly to completely disregard the will of the people.
