In other words population control is China's method of CO2 emissions control. Killing babies is their answer.

This is so sick a claim but not because China is boasting about this. What makes this even so much more disturbing is that the worlds leaders attending the Copenhagen Conference are actually listening to this garbage. It wouldn't surprise me that many of them will agree with this.
