The coverage of the law suits has been sparse at best and mostly on purpose in my opinion.But now with this Butler spy and the advent and speculation of possible Cardinals being involved, well it couldn't have come at a better time for the Obama administration.
The actions of the Catholic Church against the Obama administration are proving to gain some attention and traction with most Catholics and that's not what the administration wants.
Expect the Main Stream Media to further the the distraction. Anything to shield the Obama Presidential campaign.
