Fascinating that even this late in the primary season the Not-Romney vote total wins in the Midwest/Rustbelt states (WI yesterday, MI, IL, and OH previously). These losses, especially yesterday's in Wisconsin, hurt Rick's chances.

The good thing, though, is that states favorable to Santorum which have yet to vote are:

Pennsylvania (4/24 - but if he loses this one it's all over, and expect Romney to try for the knockout punch here)

North Carolina, Indiana & West Virginia (5/8)

Arkansas & Kentucky (5/22)

Texas (5/29)

South Dakota (6/5)

California, New Mexico & New Jersey also vote on 6/5. Nebraska & Montana are after that, with Utah ending it all.

Like you, I'll still vote for Rick come June 5 no matter what happens between now and then.

I wouldn't mind at all that this go to the convention with the likes of either Santorum, Perry, Jindal, etc. getting the majority of the delegates.

I agree with your sentiments. I haven't been thrilled with any of the candidates that chose to run this election cycle. Perry was my #1, and Santorum my second choice. Romney always came off as a snake oil salesman. A New England liberal donkey (a**) in GOP elephant clothing.

Rick needs to win in Wisconsin to stay viable (as far as keeping Romney from reaching the magic number), and must also win his home state of PA, WVa, Kentucky and Texas after that.

His strength in the south and the mid-west/rustbelt region may push Romney to have to take him on as VP if Mittens does get the nomination before or by the time the last vote is cast in June.

Which puts me yet again in the position of having to vote for the GOP establishment/inevitable/it's-his-turn/RINO candidate at the top of the ticket, with a bone tossed to the base in the VP slot: Bush Sr./Quayle, Dole/Kemp, Bush W./Cheney, McCain/Palin, Romney/Santorum. [seeing a pattern here???] *sigh*

If it's Romney come November... whomever his VP choice is, I'm having serious issues on whether to "pull the lever" for him. How many times do we have to swallow this? I feel as though I have no political party home anymore. Libertarian Party aren't it. Constitution Party isn't it (about 10-20% of their platform is wacky, and the CA faction is still going after the Obama birther issue). Democratic Party certainly isn't it. It's as though I'm only registered (R) to help as best I can to vote for the most conservative candidate in the primaries.

And, out here in CA it's a vain attempt, I know. Remember (D) Bustamante & (R) AH-nold vs a much better choice in (R) McClintock?

Come June, I'll pull the lever for Santorum.

And if the candidate ends up being Romney (or another establishment RINO via brokered convention) then I'll make an informed decision after much deliberation come Nov 6th, with the choices being:

A) Vote for Mittens
B) Vote for a 3rd Party candidate
C) Vote for a write-in
D) Not Vote

And (E) Vote for Obama is not an option.

All of this intrusion jeopardizes our liberties. As we are a country where Congress must pass legislation, and we are not a country based on Dictatorship, Obama's executive orders are out of order and no one should be forced to comply.

We all know that we are traveling down a dangerous road, so let's all say "ENOUGH!" We might have to put some teeth in our words.

What are you talking about! Lady Diana was not Catholic. The Spencers are an Anglican family.

Before the reformation all church's in England were Catholic, but not Roman Catholic. They did not use the Roman Rite but the Sarum Rite. This continued after the reformation until the ntroduction of the 1st English Prayer book under Edward VI. Up until then the Latin mass continued to be used in the English Church and the prayer book communion rite is a translation of the Sarum Rite.

The history of the English reformation is much more complex than Henry VIII and began prior to his reign and continued afterwards. It's stupid to say that the churches were "stolen": they were never paid for by Rome but by the English aristocrats.

In any case most of the Anglican churches were built after the reformation. As for restoring them to the Roman Catholic Church - what a ridiculous suggestion. They would not be able to maintain them or the great English Choral tradition - go to a Catholic Church nowadays and you find sloppy liturgy and terrible modern music. Yuk.

Wow, I don't know where you got those numbers. They are no where near that but even if those numbers are considerable over stated the fact is that one instance is too much.

There are a lot of people of faith that would like to attend and have that faith be apart of the ceremonies. Many used that faith to get through this horrible moment in history.

Over 10,000 children have accused priests of child sex abuse at the hands of Catholic priests in the United States alone, in an act called "soul murder", since the child never fully recovers, and they never have the same faith in God. The number is likely 3-5 times that number, since people like Archbishop Dolan immediately try to fight and discredit the victims. Just last month, he discredited the victim when a 16 year old girl came forward to accuse a priest of inappropriate contact.

The Catholic League immediately trashed her, even though the priest himself admitted to massaging her (and why, in God's name, is a priest massaging a girl) and blamed her for wearing very short skirts. Dolan republishes the Catholic League bashing on his blog.

Two of the biggest, loudest mouths in the Catholic church immediately discredit a poor, little 16 year old girl from the Bronx when she comes forward with the umpti-thousandth case of priest predator attacking child.

Think that will stop other victims from coming forward? You bet. Great legal strategy. Horrible church.

5 key things about islam

1. mythical beliefs - all religions have these (faith) because its part of being a religion: having beliefs without proof until after the believer dies. the problem is people will believe almost anything.

2. totalitarianism - islam has no seperation of church and state: sharia law governs all. there is no free will in islam: only submission to the will of allah as conveniently determined by the imams who spew vapors to feather their own nests. there are no moderate muslims: they all support sharia law.

3. violence - islam leads the pack of all religions in violent tenets for their ideology & history: having eternal canonical imperatives for supremacy at all costs and calling for violence & intimidation as basic tools to achieve these goals.

4. dishonesty - only islam has dishonesty as a fundamental tenet: this stems from allah speaking to mohamhead & abrogation in the koran which is used to explain how mo's peaceful early life was superseded by his warlord role later.

5. misogyny - present day islam is still rooted in 8th century social ethics: treating females as property of men good only for children, severely limiting their activities, dressing them in shower curtains and worse.

conclusions ??

there really are NO redeeming qualities for this muddled pile of propaganda.

islam is just another fascist totalitarian ideology used by power hungry fanatics on yet another quest for worldwide domination and includes all the usual human rights abuses & suppression of freedoms.

God has already warned us that the world will end. While man have always wanted insight into exactly WHEN that will happen, there is no reason for God to reveal it. He works in his own timetable.

As for the numerology. I find it curious that the same group of people who claim to take the Holy Bible at it's most literal are simultaneously sifting through the texts looking for hidden clues. It does not seem philosophically consistent at face value.
